Booking Policy
Booking Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking system or by contacting us directly at denise@planetarycrafts.com. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is successfully booked — please review the details to ensure accuracy.
Payment
Full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Rescheduling
To reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients and accommodate your new preferred time. You can reschedule online through the booking system or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations
To cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, the full service fee may be charged and the appointment may be considered forfeited. You may need to pay the full fee again to rebook.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
