Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item(s) in their original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@planetarycrafts.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at denise@planetarycrafts.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions as refunds apply.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at admin@planetarycrafts.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
